日本血吸虫模拟虫卵抗原的初步研究

摘要：The egg of Schistosoma japonicum is a chief pathogenic factor. The preparation of egg antigen is a troublesome work, and needs a large number of experimental animals. In order to explore and develop an egg mimotope that can be used in the study of diagnostic reagents and vaccines, we employed the phage display random 15-peptides library to mimic the antigen epitope recognized by mAb 6B12 which is specific to egg antigen of Schistosoma japonicum.
